Stephen is a researcher/practitioner specialising in Blood Flow Restriction Training for rehabilitation and performance. Interested in the responses and adaptations to exercise. He is based at St Marys University, London lecturing on the MSc Strength and Conditioning programme.

Stephen completed his PhD specialising on the responses and adaptations to resistance training with blood flow restriction.
