In remembrance of ‘Reidy’s’ contribution to Sports Medicine
Bruce Reid was a passionate and strong advocate for continued learning and development in the field of sports medicine and allied health. He was an educator, a mentor to many and a caring clinician to thousands.
The Sports MAP Network in partnership with Ossur are committed to assisting those who are studying or set to commence study in the field of Sports Medicine & Allied Health and who have experienced adversity, financial hardship or from rural areas.
Sports MAP will be contributing approx $3,000 to the successful applicant to ease some of the financial burden associated with study requirements (tuition, travel, books or fees etc).
– $750.00 cash
– Free attendance to the Football Sports Injury Conference in March 2022
– Virtual access to our online content for 2022
This applicant must currently be enrolled in a graduate or post graduate degree of allied health or sports medicine.

Email [email protected] 2-3 short paragraphs on how you wish to make a positive change with in your profession and how this small contribution may assist you in your current studies.
Applications close January 31st 2022. Applicants will be short listed to a final three with the Reid family deciding on the eventual recipient.
The winner will be awarded at the Football Sports Injury Conference in March 2022 and have the opportunity to attend the full conference free of charge.
