Jonas Dodoo - Running Re-education

Jonas Dodoo is an elite performance coach with a speciality in speed and acceleration coaching. He spent half a decade under the tutelage of Master Sprint Coach Dan Pfaff within the UK Athletics Apprentice Coach program lead-up to the London 2012 Olympics.
Post 2012 Olympics Jonas has continued to work in performance sport, developing the most talented athletics groups in Europe, which includes Olympic medalists, World Championship medalists and a world 100m finalist.
He is currently the head coach and founder of Speedworks and also consults with the fastest players in Premiership Rugby and Football in all aspects from position specific speed skills to accelerated rehabilitation protocols.
Jonas' training philosophy is built around tried and tested methods used within high performance training and aims to develop an environment that facilitates health, efficiency and skill acquisition.

Jonas Tawiah Dodoo
Jonas Dodoo developed as a coach through his passion for speed and power and was lucky enough to be under the tutelage of Master Coach Dan Pfaff for four years.
He has worked with many elite performers across a range of sports but with his main success and main role being within Track and Field was a part of the UK Athletics Apprentice Coach program in the four-year lead-up to the London 2012 Olympics.
Jonas is currently the Head coach and founder of Speedworks and is consulting at Premiership and Championship Football and Rugby clubs working with their staff and first team players.
