The weekend will consist of practical workshops, discussions and lecture based content. We will delve deeper into difficult case management and high end rehabilitation that other courses only touch on.
Bruce Rawson: The Throwing Shoulder & Elbow & Late Stage Rehabilitation & Conditioning. Bruce, in partnership with Rod Whitley, are world leaders in this space.
Andrew McGough: The Overhead Strength Based Athlete. Andrew will draw on his background Olympic weight lifting, gymnastics and diving to up skill you in your end stage rehabilitation prescription.
Kylie Holt: The Swimmers Shoulder- Kylie will focus on rehabilitation specific to swimming and trouble shoot common ‘sticking’ points.
Phil Cossens: The Elbow, Wrist & Hand- Upper Limb Weights Bearing Sports. Phil will draw on his background in gymnastics for a clear framework around rehabilitation of these unique athletes.
Meirion Jones: The Contact Shoulder- Meirion will provide some clinical pearls around the management of nasty contact based injuries (AJ joint, posterior dislocations etc.) and take us through a workshop on return to sport contact progressions.
