High Performance Manager Essendon Football Club
Justin Crow is the High Performance Manager at the Essendon Football Club. Justin has a long history of involvement in elite sport as an athlete in the AFL, Rehabilitation Coach/ Physio at the Collingwood FC and then Essendon FC before moving more towards a performance element as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at the Essendon FC.
Justin has published research on the Groin Squeeze as a predictor to onset of injury in sub elite AFL players and has been involved in recent research around workload with Peter Blanch and Dave Carey. He has also presented at numerous conferences and courses for the APA, ASCA and the SPA, including the recent Hamstrung Symposium.
Justin has a strong interest in the application of training performance-based movement with sound coaching.
